We are currently looking to add a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to our Team and are in search of individuals seeking to make a lasting, positive impact on clients.

Duties:
Conduct assessments and evaluations of individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those with autism.
Work across educational, home, and community settings to ensure skills are generalizing across environments.
Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Provide supervision to a team of hard working and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians.
Continuously monitor treatment outcomes and develop modifications based on data analysis.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans.
Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
Experience:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.
Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
Familiarity with patient assessment tools and procedures.
Understanding of medical terminology related to behavioral health and special education.
Experience working with a variety of maladaptive behaviors and a history of positive treatment results.
The successful candidate will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
They will have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for helping individuals with developmental disabilities are essential.
This is a full-time position with competitive compensation.
