We are seeking a talented Digital Content Specialist to join our team and help us expand our brand presence.
As our Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our social media platforms to drive customer engagement, website traffic, and revenue.
You will optimize content, join conversations on behalf of our brands, and support current and prospective customers.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Plan, create publish, and share new content (including original text, graphics, images, and video) that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness, and encourages engagement with the brands.
Manage all brand social media sites, monitor SEO and customer engagement, and suggest content optimization.
Write content for social media, e-newsletters, blogs, and online news with a focus on driving conversions.
Create social media and editorial calendars.
Develop and manage influencers and reviewers including all communications, maintenance, and contact database.
Capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and social media best practices to measure the success of every social media campaign, then use that information to refine future campaigns.
Define successful procedures using best practices for your responsibilities within the marketing program.
Stay updated on trending competitors, hashtags, user-generated content, and potential partners for paid posts.
Collaborate with marketing, designers, and product development to ensure content is informative and appealing.
Keep abreast of new social media platforms and digital marketing trends making recommendations for the continued improvement of social media marketing and communications strategy as appropriate.

Success Traits:
Prefer a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Familiar with the Story brand Methodology.

years of experience in social media.
Excellent writing skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
Demonstrated experience building and executing social media campaigns across major social networks.
Experience with social media scheduling tools.
Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics Ability to create regular paid media analytic/KPI reports.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently, think outside the box, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, can be scrappy, creative & resourceful while building structure and process.
Must develop a deep understanding of our customer base, product lines, and brands.
Photography and Video experience are a major plus.
Basic graphic design skills are a plus.
