5K a year 16 hours ago 16 hours ago 16 hours ago Job Purpose The Product Data Coordinator is responsible for processing Process Change Request (PCR) submissions, making SAP changes to SAP Bills of Materials (BOM's), creating BOM's, and maintaining the integrity of the PCR process.
In addition to ongoing training in MRP Data Management Key Relationships Plant manager, product Managers, Engineering including Product Engineers, Scheduling, Accounting, Inventory, production, etc.
Duties & Responsibilities New material creation as requested per engineers and submit PCR accordingly Process PCR submissions for all facilities Submit PCR's as applicable Coordinate all aspects of changes with all effected personnel Create/Change SAP per information contained within the PCR Assign Action Items Notify all affected parties (via e-mail) when SAP has been updated and PCR closed Create SAP structure for make materials Maintain Extrusion Characteristics and Line Speed Table for Extrusion Facilities Material Extensions Material Sales Org Extensions Maintain Material Requirements Planning (MRP) Data as delegated per supervisor Qualifications & Other Competencies Familiarity with modern database and information systems Good interpersonal and organizational skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to complete projects from beginning to end Experience in MS Office Working Conditions This job currently operates on a Hybrid schedule.
Candidates must be close to a Barrette Outdoor Living facility in order to qualify for this role.
This role routinely uses testing equipment as well as standard office equipment, such as computers, phones, etc.
May require working in manufacturing setting under non-climate-controlled conditions.
Personal Protective Equipment is required on plant floor.
Physical Requirements Frequent walking is required; ability to use hands and fingers, for handling and touch; ability to reach with hands and arms; ability to talk or hear.
Frequent standing is required.
Must have ability to lift or move objects up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
May be expected to work on the manufacturing floor at times to complete projects.
