We are looking for a Positive, Energetic, and Empathetic Individual to join our addiction medicine practice.
Responsibilities :
o Provide outstanding customer service Greeting patients o Checking patients in and out o Verify Insurance information o Collect co-pays/payments due o Deposit cash at the bank o Answer phones, return messages o Schedule new and existing patients o Collection of drug screen samples o Creating and maintaining a clean and welcoming office environment o Data entry, running reports, auditing and filing o Managing, updating, and charting patient records in an Electronic Medical Records System (EMR) o Creating and maintaining community partnerships o Assist patients and providers with referrals to community partners o Attending community events on behalf of the organization o Other office duties as assigned by the regional manager.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
