Our ideal candidate has knowledge of sales principles and practices, experience in employee training and development, and excellent time management skills.
The Sales Trainer assists the Sales Manager with training and performance of the sales team.
This position is exempt under the FLSA.

years of sales, sales training, or sales management experience OR a combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field.
Knowledge of sales principles and practices.
Skill in operating a personal computer and programs.
Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English, including presentation skills.
Ability to detect/recognize information in written materials or on computer screen.
Ability to move about and move to/from and work from the floor level or in crawl spaces.
A valid driver's license, a safe driving record, and the ability to drive for the company.
Roles and
Responsibilities:
Conducts ride-alongs with sales representatives and provides constructive feedback Formulates and implements strategies to facilitate each sales rep and the company to meet sales goals Reviews and approves sales in a timely manner Provides new hire and supplemental training of sales reps Runs sales appointments periodically to stay on top of sales processes and diagnosis Leads group and individual sales training meetings as determined by Sales Manager Pay:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
